All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 days after you place an order. Orders aren't being processed on weekends and holidays. All of our packages have tracking numbers, they will be sent to you once the order has been dispatched.

All packages are shipped from Lithuania, European union.
If any of the items are damaged or you have received not the products you have ordered contact us and we will do out best to solve this issue as fast as we can.
Customs duties and local taxes may apply and they are buyer's responsibility.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
At MakerMantas, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the products are in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We'll promptly refund the product amount, excluding shipping costs. Contact us with any return inquiries – your satisfaction matters the most.
RETURNS CONDITIONS
- You have to contact us within 14 days after you received the item. No returns are accepted after that time.
- The objects can't be damaged or have signs of use. We do not accept returns if the item was altered in any way.
- All returns will be refunded via payment method you used to pay for the order.
- You have to contact us before sending us the return. You won't be refunded without a proper refund request HERE.
- The return shipping is covered by the customer.
Important: The original shipping fee and return shipping cost are non-refundable.
